Rick has over 40 years of experience in technology and capital markets. He was ranked the #1 software analyst by Institutional Investor for 17 consecutive years and inducted into their Hall of Fame. Rick was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he led the Technology Research Group, and subsequently held senior investment banking roles at Barclays (Chairman, Software Investment Banking), Perella Weinberg Partners (Partner), and Bank of America (Vice Chairman, Technology Investment Banking). Rick has built personal relationships across the leadership of technology companies, strategic and VC investors, and institutional investors.
Broad principal investing experience across transaction and security types. Previously at Riverside Management Group, where he invested in growth-stage companies across the technology and energy sectors. Began his career in principal investing at Citi and subsequently joined Catalur Capital, a special situations hedge fund.
A decade of experience across equity research and public markets investing, focusing on the technology sector. Most recently Ben was focused on long/short equity investing at Millennium Management and Cinctive Capital. Previous experience included Cantor Fitzgerald and Bank of America.
20+ years of technology investment experience. Previously a Partner at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, where he managed the technology portfolio. Led the private investment strategy at Gemini Management Partners, and was Associate Director in MetLife's Private Equity Group. Active angel investor in 80+ early-stage technology companies including Zoom and eToro.
Most recently co-founded a top-performing private equity fund. Brings over 25 years of technology investment experience spanning sell-side research at Morgan Stanley (#2 Institutional Investor-ranked software analyst in 1999, WSJ and Reuters recognitions in 2001) and buy-side portfolio management at Fidelity and Putnam.
